Neda is dedicated to transforming complex challenges into opportunities for growth and innovation. With a background in molecular biology research and a doctorate in Theoretical, Cultural, and International Education, she has focused her career on exploring new solutions in challenging environments.
Her experience in leadership across education, health, and governance, along with specialized certifications in trauma science and collective trauma coaching, helps her navigate sensitive, high-pressure situations with empathy.
In her work with educational institutions, community organizations, governmental bodies, and non-profits, Neda aims to draw meaningful insights and support collaborative solutions. As a published author, educator, and facilitator, she strives to create inclusive spaces where diverse voices can engage meaningfully.
Through her focus on creating inclusive spaces and meaningful dialogue, Neda encourages strategies that drive individual and organizational growth. She helps build stronger, more cohesive societies equipped to face complex challenges by prioritizing collaboration and innovation.

MEET SAMIRA TORABI
Samira is a PhD candidate in Socio-cultural Anthropology at the University of Alberta, with a background in Information Technology (BSc) and a Master’s in Socio-cultural Anthropology. Her academic journey includes extensive fieldwork and qualitative research, focusing on gender and social change.
Her research provides an anthropological approach to understanding how politics, economic trends, and cultural aspirations enable the negotiation of a "self." Her life trajectory and research interests have led her to investigate the intersection of grief, politics, and trauma. She positions herself as a researcher and an engaged community member to deepen her understanding of our shared human experience and vulnerability.
By integrating her academic insights with her lived experiences, she aims to support the community in navigating grief, fostering self-awareness, and sharing valuable resources for collective well-being.
Samira’s diverse experience includes roles as an educator, executive director of a charity, and community advocate. Her work reflects a commitment to social justice and community resilience, underscoring her dedication to meaningful change and the interconnectedness of our lives in creating a cohesive society.
